OUR DELIVERY + RETURNS POLICY
Delivery of Goods
We supply our roses by the bucket of 50 stems. We are happy to include delivery to the following local towns and those of similar distance from Pipers Creek: Kyneton, Lancefield, Macedon, Malmsbury, Newham, Trentham.
Once our flowers are in your possession, they become your responsibility. They will do best if given fresh water daily and kept away from heat and direct light.
Our roses and peonies are farmed naturally. They are not meant to last forever. Enjoy them for the wonder that they are.
Wine shipments are freighted via Crofters Fold and/or a 'Carrier'. The time from shipment date to arrival depends on the distance from our off-site storage depot to the destination. We thank you for your patience. At all times, we/the Carrier endeavour to ensure you receive delivery of your wine efficiently, safely and hassle-free.
Local Delivery + Pick-Up | By prior arrangement only
We do our best to help keep delivery costs down by offering a Local Delivery + Pick-Up service to local destinations by prior arrangement only. Towns include: Kyneton, Lancefield, Macedon, Malmsbury, Newham, Trentham.. Please email us for more details.
Receipt of Goods | Proof of Age ID | Your Signature
Anyone at the specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Crofters Fold and/or the Carrier to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
Crofters Fold and/or the Carrier may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provides satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Crofters Fold and/or the Carrier will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Authority To Leave Items On Your Doorstep
If you are not available to sign for your delivery and you are happy for the item to be left at your doorstep, please indicate this at check out and we will advise the Carrier service to leave the item on your doorstep.
As artisanal producers with limited-release products we do not ship outside Australia.
Given the fragile nature of glass bottles, it is recommended to open your delivery while the Carrier is still in your presence to see if there are any breakages. If your order has been damaged in-transit, get the driver to record the breakage/damage. Once damages have been noted by you and the carrier, please contact Crofters Fold by email and report the loss immediately so that we can organise a replacement or a refund (limited to the number of bottles broken in-transit) at no charge.
Replacements and refunds will only be given once the Carrier confirms that the goods were damaged in-transit; under no circumstances should the purchaser initiate any claim filing correspondence with the Carrier; the Carrier can only reimburse the authorised shipper account.
When emailing Crofters Fold to report a breakage in-transit, please supply the ORDER NUMBER/email contact that was recorded on the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase, also include a description of the damage/loss – complete, partial, etc.
We will replace any wine bottles that are broken with proof of breakage as detailed above, however, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
