CROFTERS FOLD ESTATE WINE
Our small-batch artisanal sparkling wine is created using exclusively 100% of our own single-origin, hand-harvested, Pinot Noir grapes grown in the north-facing granitic soils of our holistically-farmed estate, nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.
We keep our yield to an exclusive 500 bottles per vintage because that's what Mother Nature dictates. We respect ethics and provenance above all else and make fine wine that exhibits the nuances of the cherished fruit and terroir of Crofters Fold.
